This Motorola MBP11 review will introduce you to what could have been an excellent product in the lower priced market if it weren’t for one fatal flaw. While this mobile has many features that parents can trust and would love, the sound-activated volume cannot be adjusted and is far too quiet. If you struggle to figure out how to use electronic devices, you will appreciate the simplicity of this model. You turn it on and it is ready to use. Since there is not adjustability to personalize how it functions, you don’t need to fiddle with buttons and knobs trying to find the best settings.
The range for this model is exceptional, and you can count on it to work efficiently without interference. This means you can use your cell phone, wireless phone and wireless internet without concern that noises will be mixed with those other devices. Sound is also clear and easy to identify. These strengths overcome many of the weaknesses generally associated with low-cost baby monitors.

Expect above average background noise and below average legitimate sound from the Motorola MBP11 baby monitor. Even if you turn the volume up to the highest level, it is difficult to make out what you are hearing and determine whether it is background noise or something that needs your attention.
